The Gift of Fitness: P90X

I gave the gift of fitness to my brother and his wife as well as my best friend and his wife for Christmas. I chose the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program for them because it follows much of the same principles and concepts I incorporate into our High Voltage Fitness workouts. If we lived nearby, they would join our workouts and I'd make sure they stayed healthy and physically fit no matter what season it is but that's not the case and this is the best I can do for the meantime. Maybe one day, they'll be doing High Voltage Fitness workouts of the week from across the country, but until then, I'm excited to see how they progress with the system. Happy Holidays!
